Hyundai CTRIC : Komal Gurajapalli
The brief was to imagine the next Indian EV, in order to cater the new generation EV users for the Indian market.
The design philosophy was to keep the design really simple, easy to read and create a sense of nostalgia when you look at the car. As a result the inspiration is strongly taken from the iconic models of Hyundai from the past, naming the Hyundai Pony and the Getz.
The values common in both the cars are that they have clean surfaces, a singular strong character line and proposal graphical elements to complete the car. The CTRIC shares the same for it’s design values.
