RAM 1500 revealed – At the New York International Auto Show, Ram Truck unveils its first battery-electric light-duty pickup truck, the all-new, all-electric 2025 Ram 1500 REV. In the upcoming years, the whole Ram lineup will offer clients electrified solutions that bring innovative, cutting-edge sophisticated technology. With two 250-kilowatt electric drive modules (EDMs), which integrate the motor, gearbox, and inverter together with all-wheel drive capability, the Ram 1500 REV offers customers a new level of performance.

The exterior is updated with a new DNA to represent an electrified future

The 2025 Ram 1500 REV has a cutting-edge, modern appearance that communicates the strong, hero-like presence for which Ram is renowned while also updating its DNA to represent an electrified future. The brand-new face is immediately recognisable and provocative in terms of its graphic presence and visual design. The all-electric Ram 1500 REV features a one-touch power-operated trunk with a best-in-class 15 cu.-ft. (424 litres) of space available, signature lit “tuning fork” premium LED headlamps, a light “R-A-M” badge reinterpreted in a modern, contemporary script, and more. The Ram 1500 REV embraces a contemporary, body-colour front fascia to set itself apart from the other light-duty models in the range while preserving Ram’s brand identity.

With powerful body lines and fender apertures that have been widened to accommodate 20- or 22-inch all-terrain tires, Ram’s first totally electric light-duty vehicle keeps loyal to its heritage. The all-electric Ram 1500 REV has a unique, newly created hood that is both lean and powerful, maximising internal frunk volume by meticulously sculpting the external surface. A modern, unified side profile that is in harmony with the front and rear is ensured by smart sculpture, which also creates a taut, arcing body-side character line from front to back.

The Tungsten variants of the Ram 1500 REV have an entirely new power tailboard as well as a fresh, modern and contemporary “R-A-M” emblem. The Ram 1500 REV has an entirely new, premium LED taillight design that stretches onto the tailgate to indicate it is Ram’s all-electric light-duty vehicle, just like the front.
