Polestar once again captivated audiences at the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2024. Showcasing its expanded model line-up, the brand introduced the new Polestar 3 and Polestar 4 electric SUVs, joining the already celebrated Polestar 2. However, the true star of the event will be Polestar Concept BST, making its global debut at this renowned motoring festival. In the First Glance paddock, the Polestar 3 and Polestar 4 were accompanied by the Polestar 6 Concept. This event marked the dynamic debut of the electric roadster concept. Much like the Polestar 6, this electric roadster boasts a hardtop and sporty features, including a front splitter, a bonnet with air intakes, and an eye-catching rear wing. The design is unmistakably Polestar, similar to the O2 concept from 2022.

The BST concept is based on the Polestar O2 concept and is set to eventually evolve into the production Polestar 6 convertible. The vehicle features flared wings with 22-inch tyres and a wider track. Its paint finish in "classic motorsport silver" further emphasizes its sporty aesthetic. According to brand boss Thomas Ingenlath, the study demonstrates the potential of the BST formula for future product ranges.

The Polestar 6, showcased at Goodwood under the name Polestar 6 Concept, highlights the brand's innovative approach. Displayed in the "First Glance Paddock" area and demonstrated on the 1.2-mile hill climb circuit, it garnered significant attention. Like the Polestar 5, the Polestar 6 is built on the Polestar Performance Architecture (PPA), a platform crafted from composite aluminium. The Polestar 5 and Polestar 6 are designed to top the range, with the Polestar 5 set to rival the Porsche Taycan. Notably, the Polestar 5, like the Polestar 4, features a unique design with no rear windscreen. This innovative design element is a testament to Polestar's commitment to redefining electric vehicle aesthetics and performance.
